Welcome Back, Sr. Dorothy

Superior General of the Handmaids, Sister Inmaculada Fukasawa’s announcement of service was bittersweet for Sister Dorothy Beck, Provincial Superior. In September, Sister Dorothy will be moving from her Wyncote, PA. home of seven years and will return to Saint Raphaela Center in Haverford, PA., where she has spent most of her life as a Handmaid.  Throughout her many years in Haverford, Sister Dorothy has served as the Retreat Center’s Director, the Local Superior, and the Provincial Superior.

In addition to her current responsibilities as the Provincial Superior, she will again be taking on the role of Local Superior for the Haverford Community. She will continue to stay connected with all of her Handmaid family and friends in Wyncote to whom she has grown so close, and welcomes all to visit her at Saint Raphaela Center.

Sister Kayjoy will continue her ministry at Saint Raphaela Center as Spiritual Director and Director of the Juniorate.
