Archdiocese of Atlanta Volunteer Packet

The Safe Environment Volunteer Packet includes the following items which must all be signed to be an approved Archdiocese of Atlanta volunteer:

	Sexual Abuse Policy
	Code of Conduct
	Ministerial Standards for Educators and Educational Volunteers Who Have Regular Contact with Children and/or Vulnerable Individuals
	Background Check Release and Notification Form
	A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
	Volunteer Application Safe Environment Adult Compliance Form (Serves as the Video Acknowledgement Form)
	"You Matter" Video for Adults http://www.archatl.com/offices/cyp/materials/video/video-adults.htm
