Sr. Uyên-Chi, acj, travelled this past June and July to California, where she took part in a young adult retreat called Caritas. Caritas is a Jesuit Catholic experience that offers a safe and sacred space for young adults in their 20′s and 30′s to explore their honest feelings and thoughts about love, God and meaningful relationships. Sr. Uyen Chi stayed at San Luis Rey, one of their missions in Oceanside, CA. While in California, Sr. Uyên-Chi took the opportunity to visit her family, whom she had not seen during the last year since she was studying in Spain as part of her tertianship.
